Tim West

Principal Physiotherapist

tim_profileTim has been working with North West Physiotherapy since 2009, and in 2015 opened the Keperra clinic in partnership with North West Physiotherapy founder, Roger McIntosh. Tim has extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, with particular interest in complex knee and shoulder conditions.

Tim’s goal is to make your visit a rewarding and informative one, with the aim to have you not only walking out feeling better, but to also have a plan for how you can take control of your treatment with self-management strategies and achievable goals. He is trained in acupuncture/dry needling and is always looking to incorporate new techniques that will help his patients return to full function as quickly as possible.

Friendly, easygoing and a keen basketballer, Tim also enjoys going for walks with his wife Dani and his dog Ollie.

Karlie Valentine

B Physiotherapy University of QLD 1999
Senior Physiotherapist

Karlie has over 16 years experience as a physiotherapist graduating from the University of Qld in 1999. Throughout this time she has worked in hospital, private practice and aged care settings and has previously owned her own successful physiotherapy clinic in Taringa, Brisbane.

Karlie has extensive experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions and has a special interest in headaches and neck pain, SIJ dysfunction, dry needling and pilates.

Dani West

Pilates Instructor/Physiotherapy Assistant

Dani is our resident Pilates expert and runs our classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, and Saturday mornings. She brings a wide range of experience to North West Physio Keperra as a fully qualified Pilates instructor and is currently in her final year of study of Bachelor of Physiotherapy at ACU.

Jessica Rodrigues

Massage Therapist/Physiotherapy Assistant

Jess has over 13 years of experience as a massage therapist and has worked throughout Australia and overseas in private clinics, at special events and in 5 star hotels. She is also in her final year of study to become a fully qualified Physiotherapist. She is currently available for half and full hour massages on Fridays.
