Sam Foster

Sam began working with North West Physiotherapy in 2014 and has worked across the Everton Park and Nundah clinics.  Highly experienced in treating sporting injuries, Sam has guided thousands of patients through a full recovery based on scientifically proven techniques.

Sam has worked with high level basketball and football including most recently looking after the Brisbane City FC.  From this relationship, Nundah has now expanded to have a Sports specific clinic at Brisbane City Fc Newmarket in 2022.

In his spare time you will find Sam still trying to run around a Football pitch, basketball court or chasing around his 2 dogs (Whippets).

Simone has been working in the Allied Health industry since 2014 and brings a wealth of experience to the team.  You'll see her in the practice Monday - Friday, working closely with the Physio's to provide the best possible care.

Dat Pham

Dat graduated from Griffith University with a Master’s degree in both Physiotherapy & Exercise Science. Dat applies his skills to get his client functioning pain-free, and back to enjoying life and smashing fitness goals. He has special interest in treating headaches, and strength & conditioning.

Dat has an extensive background in sports physiotherapy having looked after Brisbane City FC, Coomera Colts Soccer Club, Southport Warriors FC as well as the physio for the Queensland Touch Football Championships, Australian Crossfit Championships and the Australian Quidditch Championships.

Outside of work, Dat trains in Crossfit and loves fishing. His next goal is to hike to Everest Base Camp.


Grace Kelly

Grace completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at ACU in 2020, as well as gaining extensive experience as a sports trainer for 3 years during her studies. She has a particular interest in Pilates, vestibular rehabilitation and lower limb injuries.

For the past 13 years, Grace competed at National and World level for Irish dancing, holding two State Championship titles during her studies. This sparked her passion for injury management and rehabilitation, especially associated with dance athletes.

Grace has a genuine passion for physiotherapy, and enjoys helping patients overcome pain and injuries, to return to the things they love most.

Remedial Massage Therapist

Perry Fu

Perry Fu was a professional tennis player and personal trainer whose tennis career was unfortunately cut short due to fractures in her spine. Her active lifestyle before this injury gave her many years experience in massage & fitness. After her spinal surgery she was introduced to physiotherapy & remedial massage therapy.

When she experienced the benefits firsthand, she grew more interested and decided to pursue massage as a career. In 2018, Perry graduated from the Massage Schools of Queensland.

Now, it is a life goal for Perry to assist people who are experiencing delayed onset muscle soreness and general tightness from activity or stress. This means you don’t have to be a professional athlete to enjoy the health benefits of massage!.


Jacob Roberts

Jacob has grown up in Brisbane and studied physiotherapy at ACU after finishing school at Nudgee College. He has a particular interest in treating low back and neck pain, as well as lower limb injuries, and Jacob is also working within a sports physiotherapy setting with Brisbane City FC.

Jacob has honed his skills in acute injury management and enjoys helping players return to sport as fast as possible and improve their performance. He believes in the benefits of hands-on therapy for providing relief to his patients and combines this with detailed patient education and exercise prescription.

In his spare time, Jacob enjoys playing golf and social touch football as well as coaching cricket and rugby.


Gabby Cawley

Gabby is one of our bubbly faces behind the desk. Since starting with us in 2020, she has worked as one of our receptionists, while studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at ACU. You will see Gabby in clinic on Saturday mornings.

From Monday-Friday, Gabby undertakes various physiotherapy placements across Queensland and New South Wales for the final year of her degree.

In her spare time, she enjoys jumping out of planes (with a parachute attached)


Nina Whitworth

Nina is now in her third year of physio at ACU.  She has a strong passion for strength and conditioning and sports physio.  You'll either find her on the side of a soccer field as a Sports Trainer, or ready for a chat on the front desk.

Rhys Robotham

Dan Perkins

Daniel joins us after working on the Fraser Coast for the past few years. He has both an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Podiatry at QUT. Daniel has had an active role in orthotic prescription & manufacture since graduating and spends a lot of time in our lab working on custom orthotic solutions.

Daniel has been a keen soccer player for much of his life and still enjoys strapping on the boots for a session of masochism occasionally. He also plays golf and has played in a band in his past life.
