Meghan is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with an interest in women’s health, and healthy ageing. She aims to support women through all life stages, including fertility, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and the transition through perimenopause and menopause and beyond. Meghan is particularly passionate about the role exercise plays in enhancing physical and mental wellbeing for all people.
In addition, Meghan enjoys working with older adults to promote strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life. She believes that staying active is central to healthy ageing, and enjoys helping my clients reduce their risk of falls, stay independent and maintain their capacity to keep doing the things that are important to them.
Outside of her clinical work, Meghan values an active lifestyle and enjoys training for triathlons. She has taught group fitness classes for over 20 years (including Body Pump and aqua aerobics) which has been a long time source of fun.
You’ll find Meghan in the clinic on Monday mornings.
