North West Physiotherapy offers Pilates at six of our clinics.

These classes are reformer & mat-work-based and suitable for participants of all ages and abilities – including people recovering from an injury.

We ensure smaller class numbers, so each participant receives individual attention to ensure their technique and muscle activation is correct.

These classes are run by a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist, and is claimable on your Private Health Insurance (if applicable).

What to Wear to Pilates

We recommend that you wear comfortable workout gear to your Pilates class.

You do not need sandshoes for Pilates, instead, we recommend that you wear grip socks.

You should also bring a water bottle and towel to every class.
