Georgia is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who completed her degree at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She has experience working with clients across a wide range of ages, abilities, and health backgrounds, including support for work-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation such as ACL and shoulder reconstructions, and overall injury prevention. Georgia delivers evidence-based, individualised exercise programs that emphasise safe progression, functional strength, and long-term movement confidence.

 

Georgia aims to provide prehabilitation and rehabilitation focused on the functional demands of everyday life, work, and physical activity. She takes a practical and adaptable approach to exercise prescription, modifying programs to suit each individual’s goals, needs, and capacity. Georgia looks forward to supporting clients both in the clinic and beyond, helping them build strength, resilience, and confidence to move well in daily life.
