Megan is an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist who enjoys helping people move with confidence and return to the activities they love. She graduated from the University of Queensland and has experience supporting clients through acute and chronic injury rehabilitation, also broadening her experience by volunteering in Timor-Leste, where she provided rehabilitation to children with cerebral palsy as well as adults recovering from stroke and chronic pain. Megan has worked with a wide range of presentations, including musculoskeletal and sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, neurological conditions. She also broadened her clinical experience
Megan takes a highly personalised approach to care, combining hands-on treatment techniques such as dry needling and deep tissue massage with targeted exercise based rehabilitation. She has a strong interest in Pilates based therapy, gym based rehabilitation and hydrotherapy, and enjoys using these approaches to improve strength, movement control and overall function. Megan prioritises education and goal setting, and works closely with each client to support recovery, build confidence and enhance long term quality of life.
