Tori is our Senior Exercise Physiologist, hailing from Vancouver, Canada. Tori completed her undergraduate degree in Communications and Sociological studies from The University of Queensland in 2015 and further obtained a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2020.

Tori represented Canada in women’s basketball until she sustained knee injuries to both legs, ending her career in sport. Her time in high performance spurred Tori’s passion to pursue musculoskeletal rehabilitation and injury prevention as means of empowering and building strong and healthy clients utilizing movement as medicine for the body. Tori works across all domains of chronic conditions, including Parkinson’s Disease, osteoporosis management, hypertension, mental health and women’s health. She is passionate in rehab Pilates and is a qualified rehab instructor under Polestar Pilates.

On weekends, you” find Tori at the beach with her cattle dog, Millie, with an almond flat white in her hand!
