Know where your strengths lie, what could be holding you back, and where to focus your training

Athletic performance testing can help athletes, gym-goers and people returning to sport better understand their physical capabilities, work towards peak performance and identify potential injury risk factors.

Our physiotherapist-led athletic performance testing uses world-class technology to objectively measure your physical performance, including a range of insights into strength, power, balance and asymmetry that go beyond what can be identified through observation alone.

Following your assessment, we can use your results to identify areas for improvement and help guide a personalised training or rehabilitation program.

What is Athletic Performance Testing?

Athletic performance testing is a physiotherapist-led assessment that uses objective measurements and data to evaluate different aspects of your physical performance.

Depending on your goals, your assessment may include range of motion and isolated strength testing, alongside more functional measures such as balance, power and jumping performance.

Following assessment, your physiotherapist can identify areas to target through your training or rehabilitation program.
