When Do We Meet?
We gather for group runs at Leslie Patrick Park every Wednesday morning at 6am These sessions provide a fantastic opportunity to improve your fitness while connecting with fellow runners.
Activities and Training
At the North West Physio Keperra Running Club, we don’t just run together—we learn together. Our activities and training sessions include interval training, fartlek training, tempo runs, and long runs. Plus, we conduct specific drills designed to improve running techniques and build endurance.
If you have specific distance preferences or you’re at a certain fitness level, don’t worry. We offer different running groups, ensuring you run with a group that aligns with your abilities and goals.
Joining Our Club
Before joining our running club, individuals undergo a pre-assessment conducted by a skilled physiotherapist. This thorough exploration of your injury or medical history, previous running experience, and relevant background information, helps us tailor the club experience to your specific needs.
We also use innovative technology like VALD force decks for a detailed running screen. This state-of-the-art screening technique gives us insights into your running biomechanics, muscle activation, and potential areas of concern.
