In conjunction with VALD technology, we also evaluate the range of movement, flexibility, and coordination of your major joints.
We leave no stone unturned when it comes to assessing your football fitness. We use Force Decks to assess your explosiveness, balance, side-to-side muscular differences, and landing control.
