Ella holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University in Banyo, where she dedicated four years to honing her skills and knowledge in the field.
Her expertise lies in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation, and she’s skilled in the art of dry needling.
But that’s not all – Ella goes above and beyond by teaching mat Pilates on Tuesday nights, assisting clients with both injury rehabilitation and overall strength enhancement. During her placement year, Ella seized the opportunity to delve deep into hand injury physiotherapy, gaining invaluable skills in this specialised area.

She also enjoys immersing herself in nature through bushwalks and has recently rediscovered her love for running.
