What brings you to North West Physio Nundah?
“I wanted to try something different than I’m used to but still be involved with customers. I still love customer service, and the team is really supportive too.”
What’s your role all about?
“My role is to welcome customers to the clinic and make their experience as easy as possible. I always make sure the customer is comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. I’m here to help answer any enquiries they may have!”
What’s your background?
“I’ve done a bit of everything – hitting tight targets in a warehouse, keeping things looking sharp in retail, and most recently, perfecting the art of customer service in hospitality. That mix of efficiency and people skills is perfect for keeping the front desk running like clockwork!”
What’s your favourite part about working in reception?
“My favourite part about working in reception is helping people with any queries they may have and interacting with the customers.”

“I love spending time at the beach, whether relaxing or patrolling through surf lifesaving. I am a lifesaver that patrols throughout the summer at North Stradbroke Island, and then in the winter, I race the inflatable rescue boats (IRB).”
