Overview of pre and post-natal classes
Our classes are catered for women anywhere from 14 weeks pregnant to full-term and 6 weeks postnatal onwards.
We run separate prenatal and postnatal exercise classes. We tailor the movements and exercises for each individual client depending on their stage pre/post-natal and any symptoms they may be experiencing.
All clients interested in attending these classes will be required to have a screening/initial appointment with one of our passionate women’s health physiotherapists.
These screening assessments allow your women’s health physio to create individualised exercise movement programs that best suit you.
