Our small group strength and balance classes are perfect for anyone aged 50+.

What to expect in our Seniors Strength and Balance Classes?
Our Seniors classes are circuit style. This is where participants move between different balance and strength exercises at their own pace, covering a wide variety of muscle groups.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs, abilities and longer-term fitness and lifestyle goals.
A qualified physiotherapist will adjust your program as required to ensure safe and effective exercise or rehabilitation, depending on your personal needs.
