Our Everton Park clinic is one of three locations on Brisbane’s northside where you can participate in functional core strength classes under the watchful eye and direction of a qualified physiotherapist.
With classes tailored to your individual needs, we offer small mat and reformer pilates and strength classes with a maximum of 4 clients per class to maximise individual attention.

Our classes incorporate evidence-based Pilates exercises designed to improve your mobility, flexibility, core strength and balance. This can help alleviate pain issues, improve general fitness and the ability to manage daily activities.

Anyone can participate in our functional core strength group classes as exercises are tailored to all fitness levels and health needs.
At our Everton Park clinic, we have a combination of male and female clients of all age levels – some who attend for fitness and injury prevention purposes (e.g. running/ sport) and plenty who are working on recovering from an injury (e.g. chronic back/ neck pain).
It’s not a scary experience, so here’s what you can expect from a Pilates class…
You can expect fun and to have a good time!
Our low impact classes involve a variety of exercises combining stretching, core strengthening and balance.
Each class is a small group of approximately 4 people and is run by a qualified physiotherapist – experts in movement who can appropriately tailor the class to your needs, monitor your form and help you with any issues.
We have a Pilates reformer and different equipment to continually progress and challenge as well as keep things fun!
